1. Data we collect

VRAM-Wise.com collects only what is required to operate the service:

  • Search queries you submit (GPU and AI model names).
  • Email addresses voluntarily submitted to the WAIT-verdict waitlist, alongside the GPU and model you opted in for.
  • Truncated / anonymized IP addresses, used solely for rate limiting (max 5 searches per minute).
  • Anonymous error reports you submit via the "Report data error" link.
  • Aggregated, non-identifying usage analytics.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, addresses, or payment information.

2. How we use it

Search queries are forwarded to third-party APIs (Tavily for web search, an LLM gateway for parsing) to fetch hardware specifications. Results are cached so future visitors get faster, cheaper answers.

Waitlist emails are used only to notify you about price changes or successor releases for the specific GPU you opted in for. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with advertisers.

3. Third parties

We share queries with the following processors strictly to deliver the service:

  • Tavily — web search for live hardware specs.
  • Lovable AI Gateway — LLM-based parsing of search results.
  • Lovable Cloud — database and backend hosting.

Affiliate clicks are forwarded to our partners — Amazon Associates, Newegg, RunPod, Massed Compute, Vast.ai, Together AI, ElevenLabs, and Lovable — each of which has its own privacy policy that governs your interaction with their site.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use only essential cookies required for the app to function. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site profiling cookies.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (which is limited to your waitlist email, if any). To exercise these rights, contact the site administrator.

6. Data retention

Search-cache entries are kept indefinitely as anonymous spec data. Waitlist emails are kept until you request deletion or unsubscribe. Rate-limit records expire automatically.
